Yes. Every VPS, VDS and dedicated server comes with full root / administrator access. You can log in with an SSH key or a password and install whatever you need.
The current list of Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux versions is shown during checkout and when you reinstall - it comes straight from our infrastructure, so it is always up to date.

You can order a larger plan at any time. In-place upgrades for existing servers are handled by our team - just contact support.
Invoices are due on the date shown. After a short grace period an unpaid service is suspended, and after a longer period it becomes eligible for termination. You will receive email reminders at each step, and paying the invoice restores a suspended service automatically.
Only the initial root password, encrypted, and only until you reveal it once from the dashboard - after that it is wiped. We recommend switching to SSH key authentication.
